Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of NomNom. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use NomNom.

Wellness Use Only

NomNom provides nutrition, fitness, hydration, habit, and progress tracking for general wellness. NomNom is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You are responsible for deciding whether NomNom is appropriate for you. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical, diet, exercise, fasting, or weight-management decisions, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are under medical supervision, or have a history of disordered eating.

Estimates and AI Results

Calories, macros, nutrition targets, activity data, food recognition, barcode results, label scans, and AI-generated outputs are estimates. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable. You should review and correct entries before relying on them.

Your Account

• You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
• You must provide accurate information and use NomNom only for lawful purposes.
• You may delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account is permanent and removes associated NomNom app data subject to limited legal, security, or transaction-retention requirements.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some NomNom features may require a paid subscription, lifetime unlock, trial, or other entitlement. Product names, prices, trial lengths, renewal periods, and included features are shown before purchase in the app store purchase flow or in the app.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, or as otherwise disclosed by Apple App Store or Google Play. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by the store where you purchased unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse NomNom, attempt to access another person's account, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected portions of the app, or use the app to violate law.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or invasive of another person's privacy.
• Do not use automated systems to overload, scrape, probe, or attack NomNom or its providers.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the information, photos, and entries you add to NomNom. You give NomNom permission to store, process, display, analyze, and transmit that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the app.

Third-Party Services

NomNom may rely on third-party services, app stores, health platforms, food databases, AI providers, analytics, and infrastructure providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability and Changes

NomNom may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers

NomNom is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NomNom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or health outcomes related to your use of the app.
