Common questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the store you purchased from. On iPhone, go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions.
How do I delete my account or data?
Open NomNom, go to Settings, and use the delete account option. This permanently removes your account and associated data, aside from limited records kept for legal, security, or transaction purposes.
The scanner or AI got my food wrong. What do I do?
Barcode, photo, and label scans are estimates and can occasionally be inaccurate. You can always edit any logged entry in the app before or after saving it.
Can I connect Apple Health or Health Connect?
Yes. You can connect or disconnect health syncing from within the app, or by managing permissions in your device's system settings.
